Neither the Landlord, nor this Agent/Manager have any insurance
coverage protecting you against the loss of your personal property.
UNDER THE LEASE TERMS, which we all signed, YOU are to have RENTER'S
INSURANCE protecting your Property as well as your liability if you
make a costly mistake damaging the rented home. CALL YOUR INSURANCE
AGENT EVERY SIX (6) MONTHS and be sure your coverage is up-to-date and
IMPORTANT... As stated
above, take care of your family and yourself.. take care of your
personal property.. You are required to own insurance, but you do not
want to go through the hassle of a Claim, Right? ALSO REMEMBER... YOU
are responsible for Consequential
Damages to the rental home/apartment
IF you do not take appropriate actions when something goes wrong. You
CANNOT THINK, "It's not mine, so why should I do anything?" That would
be a very costly attitude. Remember, BE PREPARED!
