VFMR does NOT conduct repairs. ALL REPAIRS are assigned to INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF VFMR.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PROTECT SELF-PERSONAL PROPERTY-RENTAL PROPERTY UNTIL THE APPROPRIATE REPAIR CONTRACTOR CAN BE CONTACTED AND SENT TO YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

We need to know the nature of the problem.

Along with your typed description, using your cellphone camera, take pictures of:
1. Your House Numbers (for positive ID);
2. A large view of your residence;
3. A Closer view of the problem/damage or concern; and finally,
4. A Close-up of the problem/damage or concern.

Remember, protect the Property from continuing or additional damage until a repairman can be assigned and come to your residence. Do NOT let water sit on the floor... move appliance and personals to clean up any spilled water!

If you have not received an email response within 2-business days or your email "bounces", please resend your original email.
Office Staff will reply with either "RECEIVED" or "Additional Information Needed...".
All "Normal/Necessary" Repairs should be completed within 30-days of receipt by Office Staff. If your repair request is unanswered by the assigned Repair Contractor, TELL the OFFICE STAFF BY EMAIL.
Repair Contractors are independent and not employees of VFMR, but they are obligated under agreement to conduct repairs within a reasonable period of time.
