Regarding a Commercial Lease, if your employer will be providing you this residence (company signs the Lease), VFMR recommends company inspection by appointment with Property Manager.

  1. Visit/Inspect; then, make Application.
  2. On Acceptance, set the Leasing Meeting for next biz day or following.
  3. Sign you new Lease, pay your deposit and commence your utilities.
  4. Pick your move-in Date between 10 and 30-days later... You DO NOT PAY RENT for those days pending your possession!
  • This gives the Landlord sufficient time to remove the furnishings and personals, conduct a final clean and provide you your new home... Ready to Go!




INFORMATION REGARDING  SHOWINGS.

 Interested Party's will need to provide verified income information prior to the appointment for showing. If the verifiable income is insufficient, the Interested Party may consider other Property at advertised rental applicable to the offered income. As a guide, individual or married couple gross annual income should be no less than $47,800(UNFURNISHED) or $59,800(Furnished) to support the Lease for 1921 Holly Ridge. If you have additional questions, do inquire with the Management Office.
