later... You DO NOT PAY RENT for those days pending your possession!
- This
gives the Landlord sufficient time to remove the furnishings and
personals, conduct a final clean and provide you your new home...

Interested
Party's will need to provide verified
income information prior to the appointment for showing. If the
verifiable income is insufficient, the Interested Party may consider
other Property at advertised rental applicable to the offered income.
